YOGA INSTRUCTOR
After practicing yoga on and off for several years, during lockdown 2020 Carmelle started practicing yoga daily.
She discovered a whole new love and passion for yoga and it helped her to mentally overcome the toughest of days during lockdown.
Carmelle found that by practicing yoga daily she was able to start each day with a clearer, calmer mind and it was a great distraction for what was going on in the outside world. As well as helping mentally she felt and saw the benefits physically as a result of a consistent practice.
Yoga and meditation practice become a huge part of Carmelle's daily routine and with this new passion she was keen to better her knowledge and skills so that she could begin to share this with others.
Carmelle signed up for a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training course and went on to expanded her knowledge of the human anatomy, asanas and the practice of yoga, which she would later apply into her teaching.
Carmelle is always exploring new ways to better her knowledge and continues to practice on a daily basis. She describes her teaching style as mindful and fun and loves to incorporate her love for RNB and Soul music into her playlists.
Carmelle believes that yoga is for everyone and no matter your age, sex or work commitments, the body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from taking a moment each day for yourself to connect both internally and externally.
